Levitate 4 Life
Levitate 4 Life Sexual Trauma Program is a 24-session group dynamic program geared toward teenagers and adults who have experienced sexual assault, childhood sex abuse, commercial sexual exploitation, or human sex trafficking. Clients will meet once a week for 90 minutes to explore and process the psychological impact of sexual trauma, reduce shame with sexually traumatic events, and identify an individual path of healing that aligns with their needs and recovery goals.
Levitate 4 Life Parents & Partners Program is an 8-session psychoeducational program that provides a safe space for individuals to process their emotions, learn coping strategies, and understand how to best support their loved ones who have experienced sexual violence. Our goal is to provide psychoeducation about sexual violence, promote healing, strengthen relationships, and reduce feelings of isolation.
